Though the lahmacun served here are the results of many hands, there is nothing "assembly line" about the quality of the finished product. There was something mesmerizing about watching this team repeatedly turn out the spicy meat flatbreads that keep locals coming back for more. (To see these guys at their staff lunch, click here.)
