Seen here, one of the many, many courses in the elaborate Thai dinner that Nick made for our friend Bill's birthday. A green and red pepper salad with fried shallots and some other things in it. Nick warned the guests that the green peppers were mild but the red peppers were very hot and to be careful. One guest quietly asked, "Which are the red ones?" He then announced that he was color blind.
