Mexico City. April, 2019


Who can go to Mexico and not eat mole? No one. Fortunately I found an excellent Puebla-style restaurant, Angelopolitano, just a few blocks from my hotel. It was so good, I ate dinner there all four nights that I spent in the city. Here's their version of chicken with traditional mole (made with unsweetened chocolate.) Watch this space for additional dishes that I enjoyed.
