New York, New York. Summer, 1984?

I've been going through a box of old photographs and over the next few days, you'll see some of what I found. For example, this photo of my friend David. Originally from Texas, he moved to Boston to attend college. And after he'd made his mark, moved again to New York to pursue a musical performance career. This picture must be from one of my early visits. He still lives in New York, but has given up his cabaret path to become a clinical social worker. Similar skills required.
