Brooklyn, NY. July, 2016


Last summer, my friend Nick threw a dinner party, Thai from start to finish. And here's the finish. I asked Nick recently to describe this exotic-looking dessert. Here's what he said: "Let’s call it 'Thai chocolate fantasy.' Flourless chocolate cake infused with jasmine essence, slices of dragon fruit, palm sugar crumb topping, and coconut whipped cream." Seven months later, I'm still thinking about it.
