Wow! Look at the size of those olives in the round bread on the right. This is Greece after all. But, truth be told, I was paying more attention to the pastry on the left, bougatsa. My Greek-American friend Lea had wisely suggested I pick one Greek specialty and then see how it was prepared in the various parts of the country. And taste each one, of course. Bougatsa was it.
