Can't get to Istanbul? No problem. My favorite Turkish restaurant outside of Turkey is not that far away. A visit to Hazar is always on the menu whenever I visit my friend Nick in his Brooklyn home. Here's the excellent lahmacun they serve, for something like three for $10. I'm counting the days (38) until I'm there again.
